This versatile, multi-functional stainless steel digital 6-quart pressure cooker performs several functions: pressure cooker, slow cook (up to 9-1/2 hours) or steam, brown and warm. Use to make roasts, ribs or chicken, as-well-as rice dishes, soup/stews and steamed vegetables. LED display and soft touch buttons for easy use and programmable with presets including a delayed start up to 8 hours. Pressure cooking with the Nesco will cut cooking time by up to 70-percent. Automatically switches to warm setting after cooking cycle is complete. Comes with self-locking lid with automatic pressure release valve.
